In boxing, opponents are matched by weight class. This makes the sport more competitive and interesting and no one ever questions it. I haven't seen a single liberal argue that it's oppressive that we don't have 130 lb. men boxing 250 lb. men.

Stop calling it "men's swimming" and "women's swimming" and call them something else. Some dry scientific terms for body type and muscle mass. What? I don't know. I never did well in science class.

I've made this exact argument before. Now, there is one flaw with it, which is that men and women of the exact same weight have different amounts of muscle mass generally. So even if you put a 180lb man vs a 180lb woman, assuming approximate levels of physical fitness, the man will have more muscle mass, be stronger and probably display greater stamina.

But at least that would be more fair than the situation we are in now. I actually have nothing against a woman competing against a man in any sport. It's usually the women who have a problem with it.
