Re: Non-cape tv show
I like fanfics as much as the next weeb, but I usually don't want to pay for it
And people spent decades without knowing any details of what happened in the days of the Clone Wars. They would've been fine.
And it's not like the prequels never skipped several years whenever they felt like it, as seen when going from Episode I to II.

Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

The thing is that the story of the prequels was potentially more interesting than the OT. George Lucas just ruined it with his fail and autism. Star Wars captured people's hearts by being perfect summer blockbusters, and Lucas seemed to think he was making I, Claudius

Re: Non-cape tv show
Can't we have a mix of both?
It's not like Star Wars was just pure action adventure - there was a lot of poignancy there too.
Not to mention, the political aspect was necessary to not ruin the Emperor - if his taking over the Empire had been brushed over, it would've lessened him as a villain.

There was nothing awesome about it. It was lousy tryhard shit. There are episodes of Ducktales less cartoony than that fight.

Re: Non-cape tv show
Had to check the urban dictionary for bugman.
Eh, it's half true. I am a city dweller, do use social media a lot and focus very much on fiction, because that's my passion. On the political side, I've never voted and don't have too many opinions in that regard. I think Trump is a jackass purely based on what he says and tweets, but he's not running my country, so I don't really care. If he hadn't ballooned up in the public eye, I'd never have noticed anything he does.
I don't use Apple devices or depend on review sites for opinions(especially not about food or art), but I do gravitate towards things that seem "rational". Why would I gravitate towards the irrational?
