Black Water was pretty meh, not good not bad and still enjoyed JCvD and Lundgren but the supporting cast was pretty bad, it says a lot if theyre even worse actors than the 2 leads who are not known for their acting skills.

I can honestly say I haven't seen a decent DTV movie since the '90s. The quality was never great, but at least there used to be lots of fights and stunts since there was an excess of stuntmen needing work. Today, everything is shot on someone's phone with shitty photoshop effects from someone's laptop.

Stallone was a letdown. After Expendables 1 and the gory Rambo, I thought he was going to be the second coming of action directors, an old school guy coming in to show the PG-13 fags how real action is done. Then he turned into a pussy and made everything PG-13 and tried to make Ron Derousey an actor.

They don't even fire guns anymore. They flick their wrists like kids playing in the backyard, then someone CGs in muzzle flashes, not bothering to show the slide moving or bullet casings fying out.

I don't see the point in action movies anymore. Is LiveLeak too much for most people? Figures, movies are about escaping reality, not confronting it.

I found John Rambo to be fun, ultra-violent shlock at it's best. First Blood is overrated.

First Blood is the only one that had a point. All the sequels missed the fucking point and turned him into a generic asshole action hero.

First Blood is my favourite action movie and in my top 10 favourite movies period.

The last real action film I watched was the Liam Neeson one the Communter. It was watchable but I find it weird that all fight scenes in films are overchoreographed and filled with MMA takedowns now.
