Disney really needs Solo to perform after The Last Jedi, and its likely to underperform TLJ.
Obviously Episode IX will come out and make a gajillion dollars, but this loss of money is unsustainable. They certainly couldn't carry fucking Jabba the Hutt or whatever dumb solo movie they have in mind.
