Wow I had some hope after the Force Awakens review that RLM was just going through a tough time after Space Cop came out but now there is no denying that they are thoroughly Past It. Welcome to the storage bin where I keep Spoony and Amake21 fellas.

I'm not sure what you watched. They were pretty rough on the film.
Check out ALL the Channel Awesome nobodies of past and present to see what softball is. Even AVGN and Mike were easy on it.

Their review was softball compared to reviews of bad movies that they actually shit on. They glossed over so much bad shit in the movie, it was embarrassing. Luke's entire arc in the movie being a complete insult to the character is glossed over. The casino subplot being a complete waste of time, same deal. Kylo Ren is a good character? Wut?

Nobody in the movie accomplished anything.
The Franchise is more or less creatively bankrupt/dead.
But the (autistic) fans will flock to watch the next one anyways because this has turned into some kind of cult.
