My point is that Koreans and Chinese have a deep racial hatred of the Japanese, which made it all the more shocking when all three countries formed a trade alliance after Trump flexed his small pp with the tariffs.

The mistreatment of the Chinese, Korean and other Asian communities specifically by the Japanese, and the longstanding racial prejudice Japanese hold for (all) non-Japanese is something that has never been addressed. I don't want them to go full woke but even modern day Japs seem like basically the same niggas who will rapeculture a village because "they're not japanese so they're not people" or whatever. Like, if it's not their culture and their way of doing things then they have zero respect for it and consider you an animal to be used and discarded. Which is exactly what they did to China and Korea in WW2, and the same attitudes seem to prevail today.
