The word "nigger" isn't all that rare in literature, but it doesn't come up in songs by white people very often. And I'm not counting aggressively racist stuff like Johnny Rebel, but rather songs that use it as merely a colorful word to denote a low-status person. John Lennon had a song called "Woman is the Nigger of the World". Elvis Costello used the word in his classic "Oliver's Army" ("Only takes one itchy trigger/ One more widow, one less white nigger")

Going through my vast collection of vinyl records that I've accumulated since the 90s, I put on a 2007 LP by a group called Lover! (the exclamation point is in their name). It's not a lost classic, but it's pretty good trashy lo-fi punk with an arty sensibility and the third song on it, "Bo Peep and Frank" is not only a rockin' exercise in repetition, but its lyrics also boast an oddly writerly use of "nigger". It throws it out casually like a pulp novelist in 1971 might have done.

No one here will like it, but I think it's a cool song. I'll even transcribe the brief lyrics straight from the LP insert.
