I honestly doubt he ever was seriously bullied. Given how he acts online and a portion of his book where he claims to have joined in on bullying others to get in good with the cool kids, I'm thinking it was a more a "talk shit get hit" scenario where he tried to be a snarky asshole and it backfired.
