If you have a pet you should have a steady vet you trust.

I'm not sure if that is a thing anymore. Our local vet's office has high turnaround.

I know people who have a regular vet. We had one who retired two years ago. We haven't built a relationship with any steady once since. In my fair city, low-cost pop-up animal vaccination clinics are happening somewhere every weekend and that's where we've been taking the dogs and cats for their shots.

I love dogs and cows. The proposition of a city with both just around sounds great but seeing how they live there is very upsetting to me.

I read a lot of SciFi. Never once have I read a novel where India still exists. Everyone hopes it just goes away. Any mechanism for that is fine.
