It really sounds like Nick is setting up for a plea deal. I don't think even balldo is stupid enough to go into court. He's definitely not staying sober btw. Lots of weird, pilled-up social media rants happening. I don't pay too much attention to any of it because the words of a junkie aren't worth the brain space to hear even once. Whatever he has to say, he can say it to the judge. The really funny bit will be what happens when his case is finally up for either a trial or finalizing the plea deal. Whatever deal he gets, he's going to have to PRAY it doesn't include drug testing. Because he is not clean and he does not seem interested in getting clean.

He's currently not being drug tested AFAIK. Which is very obvious to judge from the state of his posts.

Nah, not fair as in a fair trial. I'd heavily advise you on the one thing that no lawyer may state to the jury. That is that you do have the power to call him not guilty no matter what, just because you feel like it and have the power to do so.
