I think Ty Beard lost on appeal and the case was dismissed with prejudice, so Vic couldn't sue for the same thing again. He was also owing Rial and the rest of the cucks and cunts more than a quarter million in damages, so he probably couldn't hire better council anyway.

The point I fully realized how completely useless he was is during the Johnny Depp case. All the other guest lawyers that came on Nick's stream were giving their expertise and explaining law during the trial except for him. He had no idea what was going on and couldn't give any insight during the trial.
