The 24 oz can pretty much replaced the 40. Shame, nothing beats finishing a 40.

I've had Olde English and Mickey's. I've tried some others but they were completely horrible. Mickey's and OE in the glass 40s, chilled, are not bad at all. Stick it in the freezer for a bit so you get the proper chill.

I have no idea if glass 40s are still something you can find today. It's been ages since I had malt liquor. I know there are a lot of flavored malt liquor beverages out there, but I consider them all no better than a smirnoff or mike's hard lemonaide.

Edit: I just checked and my local shop says they carry 40s.

What I like about them is the unabashed honesty and unpretentiousness.
No, you're not having friends over, nor are you going to need the "keep in the fridge after opening and consume within three days" advice.

You'll crack it and finish it all by yourself, drinking directly from the bottle in under 15 minutes to get that buzz going.
Then you'll have another. Because a night full of bad decisions needs to be started by one!
