How does Mathew keep getting sponsors? Nobody watches his videos as his most watched video of the year has over 3k views on a channel that has over 30K subscribers. I have no clue how that looks good to advertisers, but I guess it is somehow.

They have an affiliate program. So, this isn't like Raid Shadow Legends or NordVPN, which will give money upfront, it's all 10% commission of any sales using a link. Baldy will never be popular enough to get Raid's attention.

Now that makes more sense. It would be like someone saying they got sponsored by Amazon if they had affiliate links from them. There's a big difference between someone is paying me thousands of dollars to advertise this to my audience and a affiliate link.

This is going to affect a lot of creators, and I personally preferred a per-creation model because I personally don't think I should be paid if I'm lazy and don't make things. It was a reminder that I need to always be productive, and never take your kindness for granted. But I know a lot of people have asked if I'd move to monthly model... so your wish has been granted.

The guy is basically a NEET who still lives with his parents. The only other way he's getting income is editing videos for Lupa and I doubt it's that much. Also Mathew decided to react to his First BMB and refers to TGWTG as "the old site".He talks about stuff like how he used to edit his videos in Windows Movie Maker and how BMB was originally going to be a three man show before he became the solo host.

He does say that the skits didn't work hence why he got rid of them over time, there are issues with his line delivery, and he goes on about how his old camera used to make a lot of noise which made things hard to hear at points particularly the part when Dr. Celluloid showed up. He says at the end about how he didn't make videos to become famous and how it doesn't matter how he isn't as big as some of his peers, r because "success is how you measure it".
