She's officially on insulin injections. That can't be cheap in Kuwait as a tourist, so she might just drop it next week unless she manages to OD because there's no way in Hell she has the mental capacity to give herself the correct amount of shots.

She's a pretty good candidate, unless there's one that made it onto My 600-lb Life 'cause I don't think she's quite there yet.
Previously I would've said Tammy Slaton, but even she managed to lose a shitload of weight (though mostly due to a combination of an operation and coma), even if she now looks like she's part Skesis.

Figuring out her true-and-honest weight is pretty annoying, though. She's been abusing the hell out of filters (especially a pincushion lens effect), plus she has never been honest about her real weight and keeps claiming that she has lost a couple pounds anytime she supposedly checks her weight.

What certainly doesn't help her in the shot is that she always looks a lot more massive in profile, as most of her excess fat is concentrated in her stomach. Plus the only way she can sit down anywhere is to man-spread like a mofo, since she has to make room for her gunt and massive, flopping fupa.
There's like a fun clip on the net from her Thailand trip where she sat in a tuk-tuk and had to hold on for dear life because she can't sit down like a normal person.
