Considering the franchise is dead it might as well be.

But to translate from Autismo, the fanbase likes to give cutesy names to their various ships, based on whatever color the characters are associated with.
"Bumblebee" is the ship featuring the blonde chick and the constipated-looking catgirl. It has mostly been pushed by the two VAs (to promote their OnlyFans), and finally been canonized in the filler arc in a desparate attempt to stay relevant (and try to make this anything more than a pure filler arc).
Like always RT swears this has been part of St. Oum's master plan (so you're not allowed to critize the decision), even though both were rather straight during his run, and the guy never planned farther than maybe two scenes ahead.

Trying to hawk their new wares to streaming platforms, eh? Is there even one left that hasn't touched and dropped this potato yet?
"Home video release" sounds a lot like an attempt to fleece the remaining fanbase, pressuring them into proving that the IP is profitable after all, and/or giving them a bit of FOMO ("This could be your last chance to preserve your favorite show!").
Too bad those fans have already pirated and leaked everything when it was announced that RT was going down.

Apparently they will keep at least one of the idiots who ran RT into the crowd around, at least if they go through with producing more of this shit. He's probably just around so he can say that VIZ is still following the plan of Saint Monty Oum (who died for our sins).
