So the latest controversy surrounding The Acolyte comes from episode 4 with its cameo of everyone's favorite prequel Jedi Ki-Adi Mundi (aka the old guy with the tall head).
Except he wasn't actually born during the time of The Acolyte, so the Disney continuity had to age him up by 40 years (which hopefully also increased his species' life expectancy).

Surely it would've made more sense to include Yoda, right? He's more recognizable and easily old enough to have been around this time period.
Apparently the writers planned to have him, but he was "no tech available", whatever that means.
180 million dollars, and they couldn't even get a muppet, be it physical or digital.

Are you sure he's not from the EU?
Granted that i assume the EU has memorable characters, while Georgie's prequels and Cuntleen's sequels had none.

Other than that I know as much as you do. I think he gets gunned down in Episode 3 during the Order 66 montage. That's about his contribution to the lore.
I guess he might have an episode or two in Clone Wars, but fuck if I can remember.
