She can barely form human words. Mostly just grunting and singing off-tune while shoveling in food like a Hutt.

She doesn't have enough brain cells left to do such complex multi-tasking as telling a story while eating. You could watch her mukbang videos at 2x speed, and she'd still take forever to say basic sentences.
Plus you can count yourself lucky if she even manages to finish a train of thought. Any endorphin rush brought on by junkfood comes with the risk of her forgetting what she was talking about.

Of course it's no workout for deathfats, so she's winded after like 3 minutes of warm-up.

Bitch is really speedrunning her cycles. Pretty sure her "My palate got reset and I swore to Allah to take better care of my body" phase didn't even last a week before the inevitable "I will no longer talk about my private life or health anymore. This is a pure mukbang channel now".
Of course the bit about keeping shit private is a lie. She always reverts back to her usual content style, because sticking to a new schedule is too exhausting for her brain cell.
Speaking of too exhausting: That's also her excuse why we won't see anymore pool and "exercise" videos from her.

Though that's not to say that she doesn't make some changes every now and then. Like people kept making fun of her using a fucking serving spoon to shovel junk into her maw. Now she's using a smaller serving spoon.
