On the other hand this is Spoony where the simple act of breathing apparently causes him to have a panic attack.

I can relate. When I was at my worst, I got so much morphine I basically slept 3-4/5 of the day. Now that I take less, I don't sleep all day. I also don't have enough energy to actually do something productive. So I'm stuck between no drugs and a hard lack of energy.
