Speaking of too many waifus in my stupid animu: Mobile Suit Gundam: The Bitch from Mercury (Season 2)

I guess technically more deaths and atrocities happened this time around (still tame for proper Gundam), but it never quite reached the heights of the only two moments of season 1 worth remembering:

The closest it got to proper Gundam lulz was when the two psychotic Gundam waifus decided to enroll into the space school for effectively no other reason but to start a school shooting involving mobile suits - twice.

So for most of the time you thought Female Char Clone was some kind of chess master, but then you find our her ultimate goal of "I want my digitized ghost daughter back" somehow had to involve "Build a giant, evil af looking space station which any sane person would assume to be a weapon of mass destruction (which it basically is)".
Why not build her a robot body (or at least a Haro)? This show did repeatedly show that the highly-dangerous Gundam Kaioken stuff can (somehow) also be used for prosthetics.

Then the grand finale suddenly starts ripping off UC stuff from Stardust Memory (giant fuckoff space laser) to Unicorn (literal space magic saves the day), and left the fans seething because it didn't show the lesbian wedding between the main waifus, and in fact left this gay marriage vague enough that some of the production team could claim it didn't happen.

I guess it also ripped off Seed because the main character suddenly got handed a shiny new Gundam out of nowhere. It has some additional strings attached (Wing Zero, anyone?) because its Kaioken is supposedly extra dangerous (not that it amounted to much), but I give it credit for having a giant beam gun / external booster combo that was effectively a flying broom.

Not in a world where the 08th MS Team or G Fighter Gundam exists. If you've seen the 2 gifs I've posted you've already seen the best this show can offer.
Maybe it's something for you if you like those Gundam Build spinoffs, aka you are familiar with Gundam that is mostly high school drama and gay mock battles.

Aerial's kinda dope if you love the overpowered bullshit Gundams from the end of the 00 Gundam timeline, though.

Literally the entire first season is about gay duels to determine who may or may not have the honor of marrying some privileged kuudere. Then there's the eternal back-and-forth on whether or not Gundams are halal or haram, finally there's some terrorism shit at the end.
Then there's a bunch of intriguing and politicking that doesn't really go anywhere until season 2 when that shit starts being actually relevant.
