When does he not? He looks like he's been testing experimental pharmaceuticals all day for random drug companies.. That's probably why he keeps looking for all kinds of diseases--so he can lie and get free pills for do all of their studies testing.


He should be more careful about his appearances on his stream. Even his most autistic fans might eventually turn away once their hero starts looking more haggard and saggy:
