In a way, but his heart isn't in it. He styles himself as the eternal underdog who could easily get all the views he could ever ask for if only he abandoned his principles as a professional reviewer to indulge in vile clickbait.
In not doing so, he has the moral high ground. In this way his failure as a content producer is a feature, not a bug.

For cases like his, I can boil it down to one: Are these videos a passion project for you, or do you just want to make money?
If it's the former, stop whining about a lack of views.

Because he showed he was spineless. He should have stood up to the CTC bullies alongside Doge, it would have redeemed him but he showed his true nature as the eternal cuck he is.

Matthew is one of the few INs I actually pity a little. He was groomed into the IN-Life from a very young age. He got to make those *ahem "movies" with Doge and was around several (at the time) successful reviewers. He probably thought of doing nothing else, especially when he got the CA view bump on his own videos. That could easily distort any 16-17 year old's perspective.

Though a decade later, reality and failing viewership, he should have started working towards another future. He still has time. Not a lot, but some. So, it's on him now.
