Of course not. Look at her and then look at the African leaders. They couldn't be more different. "Despite being black" That's the thing though. This is where that rhetoric kind of falls apart. These African leaders, on the other hand, are still not past the point of scraping and struggling. They still live in a world of rampant violence. And the US foreign policy of the last, I dunno, 50 years? Is to support dictators and violently overthrow any nation that doesn't allow us to turn them into a slave satellite.

The few semi-honest leaders in Africa are still trying to build a working state over there. They're trying to feed citizens and create basic, stable societal structures.
