Isn't Cinematic Venom on welfare? Then again he's probably on welfare because of his kid. If the kid is the reason why he's on welfare, then Buck has no chance of getting welfare.

Maybe he can pretend to have sadbrains or some chronic illness that's hard to diagnose like fibromyalgia. If he can't get bongland to put him on disability, he can milk it for all it's worth on twitter and GoFundMe.
