The idea that being critical of the latest Globocorp movie is "bullying" is absolutely ridiculous. As is considering Doge's spazzy Daffy Duck routine "bullying" or even film criticism in the first place.

Still, he is correct that film criticism doesn't have to be negative. It does have to be worthwhile though and Buck is incapable of that. He just sucks at his job to a painful degree.

Harassment is defined as continuous, unwanted contact. Someone mentioning him in passing doesn't qualify.
