Who wouldn't sign up using some throw away email?

I would assume newer members of the farms considering Null had talked about people making accounts with their names even though you're supposed to make accounts with names not used anywhere else along with an email only used for the farms. So basically idiots who have no concept of OPSEC.

I didn't end up actually signing up for an account, but a while ago I did start the process before deciding against it, and I do remember that it does warn you that you shouldn't be using names used elsewhere on the Internet. I can't remember if it specifically said to use an e-mail not used for anything else, but I seem to remember there was something about e-mails mentioned. This all appeared when you tried to sign up for an account so even a newer person would see it.

Of course, some people will see those warnings and still ignore it.

They tell you to not use one of those 15 minute burners but use a real email not tied to anything else in case it got leaked because they had data leaks before. You can see how big of a deal this became, because I've even read the news about it in my local czech media - if they write about your website in a local media for a tiny country that doesn't really speak all that well english to begin with, you know it became a shitshow. Journos try to paint KF as something far worse than 4chan, as if it was the "worst place on the internet". How they mispelled KF instead of twitter, I don't know, but I guess the moral of the story is that pedos will always win?

As someone said, they became too big, it was unsustainable. When journos start their propaganda, it's all over. Not that much was lost.
