Im hoping greed will win out this time lol. If you make such a huge transaction to acquire something why not throw in another 500 mil to make sure it turns out good games again so you actually start making your investment back. If not you just flushed all the money in the toilet.
As if their take on Diablo 4 would be any better.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 1:01 pm- scrap all diablo 4 work so far and actually make it a mature game again
Why would Microsoft want competition for Age of Empires 4? They already have in-house competition with AoE2.- make WoW non-canon and create Warcraft 4
Again, why would they want compeition for AoE4? And they might not even be aware of Starcraft Ghost.- Starcraft 3, World of Starcraft or "Starcraft Ghost attempt number 25; would all be very succesful if made well. Which goes for everything on this list btw. If they dont add talent everything is doomed, blacktivision doesnt know how to make good games. If they get new teams in there might actually be hope.
They probably don't even know those were a thing.- Modern Rock n Roll racing game (perhaps even online with microtransactions to customize your "doombuggy"
- Lost Vikings mobile game
They clearly are going to (or hoping to) get their investment back by keeping the plug of WoW's life support in the outlet, releasing a woke PoE clone with more grind and less effort than vanilla Diablo 3, and shitting out a woke Call of Doody every year.Guest wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 2:07 pmIm hoping greed will win out this time lol. This is all that remains of that IP:Kugelfisch wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 3:39 amWoW is dead as fuck and lost most players to Final Faggotry.
But Warcraft itself is still a profitable IP.
And it didn't last long, since they put paid boosts and store mounts in those too.VoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Sun Feb 06, 2022 7:50 amThey've been bleeding players for so long and so consistently that they've just stopped providing player numbers.
The only thing that managed to reverse this at least for a little bit were their klessik servers.
