Still, "It is not my fault that I didn't have enough time to do my job!" is a terrible excuse. At best that's an admittance of criminal negligence, especially if that job was "make sure people don't kill each other or themselves".

An astronomical number of movies and TV shows have gunshots in them. Big budget, low budget, all over the world. And yet you never hear about anyone getting shot for real on the set. We have to go back to 1994 for an example.

Put a 24-year-old dangerhair in charge of the guns though and--BOOM!
