No idea what that sentai dude does but I assure you that M&M jugglers make them look like bitches.

Jugglers can and will move your party order around. M&M is a crawler with the concept of frontline and backline characters.
You do realize what that means, right?
All the way from the beginning to the end of the game, a single juggler that gets to take his turn can fuck your entire party up and cause a full wipe.

It's not oldschool enough if there's not a monster that can drag those squishy wizards to the frontline. These games never include a gameplay element without ulterior motives.
