They call it "creating a hostile work environment" or some such bullshit. Your coworkers don't feel safe around you knowing that you hold such views, ya see. Whether you actually share them at work is irrelevant.

It's not just the shitlib vegan food co op that might can you for this stuff either. Normie places can get spooked easy and fire someone because it's easier than dealing with the drama. Especially if it's run by an older person who isn't up on internet culture. To some 60 or 70 year old owner of a mom and pop store, 50 idiots from all across the country calling to demand that Bob be fired for being a Neo Nazi who assaulted them over the internet seems like a ton of people and a huge problem.

On the upside, often you don't have to sue. Just threatening to sue, or having your lawyer give them a call/pay them a visit is often enough to make a workplace sing a different tune in a hurry. SJW pandering corporations are mostly like fake tough guys picking fights. The moment you tell them, "fine, parking lot, one hour, we're gonna settle this" they realize they actually weren't ready for shit to get real. Once the company realizes they're looking at a potential media circus and massive court expenses, they'll usually back down. Sometimes it'll even be the other side that gets fired or disciplined when the dust settles.

The problem is when it's not just the middle management douches, but the company higher ups who are nuts, and are actually willing to throw down, and don't care if they lose money or look bad doing it. Because then you HAVE to win, since otherwise the expenses will leave you screwed, and often you won't because they have vastly more resources.

Now Marvel is an interesting case. Marvel comics itself is chock full of true believer (I made a reference, heheh) SJW crazies who would gladly fight eeebil youtube critic #59 to their last breath, but they're owned by Disney, which is a lot more of the phony corporate panderer that doesn't want bad press and court costs. Marvel comic books are also selling for shit. It's basically nothing but a movie licensing farm, and all the stories they license are old.

I'm shocked Disney is allowing this. Sure they try and play progressive lately with their films but they are always doing it safely. Marvel films are guaranteed cash makers that introduce norms to their comic book characters, so why Disney isn't forcing Marvel Comics to produce mainstream, inoffensive, predictable super heroes comics to appeal to general audiences is beyond me. I don't get it.
