You think the courts in New York will do anything? New York and Jersey are the most corrupt states, there is a reason James O'Keefe is suing The New York Times outside New York and that Andrew Cuomo isn't in prison. It's one thing to get them to play chicken in private, but to be so brazen in public means they know the courts and Cuomo won't do shit unless they go all the way to the Supreme Court.

Doesn't matter. There are plenty of other employers who are doing this, in plenty of other states and many of them as brazenly as Morgan Stanley without the financial resources of Morgan Stanley. This is why guest's point that you'll never win a case against Morgan Stanley specifically is completely wide of the point.
It only takes one case to make a precedent.

He didn't post much but very reliably. At least some lurking and then vanishing would be what I'd expect.

As for Keith, something happened for sure. One doesn't post as much and just leaves over night. He'd at least have posted less and less over the course of weeks. Death or prison are the only plausible explanations.
Take Lolki for example. He posted less frequently and even came by for a little while during board transitions. That's a natural decline. Keith just vanished from a solid 5+ posts a day to never even logging in.

But stuff like employment law is state specific in the US. If a precedent is set outside New York it means jack shit in New York, I'm not saying for people not to fight it in general but it's like complaining about Antifa doing shit on the West Coast. Are they doing illegal shit? Yes. Does it matter since nothing will be done to them for burning down your store? No. There was that case with the Proud Boys members being thrown in jail in New York for fighting back but the cops made no effort to find the Antifa guys. The judge even said "they didn't want to comply" and just left it at that.
