I think there's technically "Genus" from our old pal Latin, but that's only ever used if you're talking about grammar or biology (and I'm pretty sure the latter one has a completely different meaning). Not exactly something I can see catching on in casual conversations anytime soon.

Genus in terms of biology means race or kind, I don't know exactly which without looking it up, but it never means sex.

What Voice meant is that there is only one word in German for that. It's "Geschlecht". Sex exclusively refers to fucking in German.

So what they try to do is make the term "gender" a thing here. They have failed so far, because it sounds absolutely retarded in German.

I understood that part, but I wanted to point out that it makes no sense even in English, using their own reinvented definitions. They have this whole argument about how sex and gender are different things, but then they completely subvert their own bullshit by conflating (both primary and secondary) sexual characteristics with gender identity.

No. No it cannot. It is, by definition, a male sexual organ used in sexual reproduction. A penis cannot be feminine and a vagina cannot be masculine. You can identify as whatever the fuck you want, but sexual organs are male or female.

Or intersex, in which case it is a genetic mistake. Essentially a birth defect. It's an example of evolution fucking up sometimes because of shitty genes giving the wrong orders. Intersex is no more intentional/desired by evolution than it would be intentional for a cow to be born with two heads.
