There's only two. Abolishing the electoral college is a resolution, not a bill. So it's meaningless. Of the other two, court packing won't pass because not all the Democrats are fully on board. They might put in some pork for Manchin in the infrastructure bill to get him to change his mind, but if he doesn't then it's dead. Even the high capacity magazines, a lot of the House Democrats are blue dogs or from swing districts in big 2A states. So there's a good chance that won't even get past the House
