The party's 'official position' is unclear. For instance in my country the official government pamphlet says you don't need to have the vaccine if you're under 65 and have no underlying health conditions, like cancer or diabetes. Yet the (((media))) is trying to push for everyone to get it and the government is also trying to implement their vaccine passports which would ban unvaccinated people from certain activities and generally make ordinary life very difficult if you refuse to get it.

Then there's the fact that, if you do get it, you still have to wear a mask and social distance and of course you can't see your family or resume normal life because apparently you can still catch and transmit covid. Which begs the question 'what's the point in getting it?'

Nobody knows anything. That's been the take-away for me from the entire covid debacle. Everyone says x person (usually a conservative) should have handled covid better, but you know where the covid response has been absolute dogshit? Liberal-run cities. You still can't get a vaccine in Oregon. Old people have to have their children wait in virtual lines on the broken-ass websites for hours, just to schedule an appointment to go wait for eight hours for a shot. You think I'm exaggerating, but I'm really not.

Fauci says double-masking is stupid and then says double-masking is just common sense. The vaccine will prevent you from getting covid but you won't be allowed to go outside, attend gatherings, be without a mask or change anything about your life for the better.

Asian countries are handling covid so well. Just look at China's numbers, the mainstream media tells us. The same China that's carrying out a genocide as we speak in current maymay year, which is somehow less important to shitlibs because it won't win them points against Blombald Mumphs. Then there's the matter of trusting commie numbers at all when China has a track record of lies and goodspeak. Even the other asian countries (held up as models of How To Solve Covid) have had periodic outbreaks and large spikes. That's WITH all of the benefit of mask culture and living on a fucking island.

You can't. You can't stop terrorism and you can't stop the flu. All you can do is the best you can while keeping things moving, accepting that some people will die and that sucks. Maybe in a hundred years, we will reach the point where Covid is as common as serious cases of MMR or Polio. But it would be absurd to stay locked down for 100 years until that happens. Governments are taking advantage of the situation just like when the towers fell.
