I came around this video of socialist propaganda with over a 1,3 million views within a few weeks and unbelievable like/dislike-ratio. It really seems that self-hatred and the death cult of socialism are intensively growing trends in the US. The video itself is complete crap from the start to the end, but I don't think the video guy himself is an idiot, he's making a bank with this thing, maybe he believes in his bullshit, maybe he doesn't, but the real idiots can be found from the comment section. It looks like people will eat up anything as long as it is in line with their own points of view.

This socialism advocate likes to do comparisons to Finland (it is generally intellectually dishonest to compare a huge country like the US with a country with a population smaller than that of New York), so let's call out his bullshit. He claims that Finns on average pay less for their living expenses than Americans. I don't know where he gets his stats, but the argument is that Americans pay an average of 43% of their income for mandatory living expenses and taxes. Uh, how about no? It has been calculated that Finns pay more than 50% of their income in taxes on average when the total tax rate is taken into account. Tax revenue to GDP ratio is more than 160% higher in Finland than in the US, Finland is one the worlds highest income tax countries, people and companies pay a helluva lot more taxes in Finland, what the fuck is this guy talking about? Wages are also lower on average in Finland. Thus, a Finnish engineer earns less than an American engineer, pays significantly more taxes on his salary and receives less value for his money, because due to the high tax rate, all commodities are more expensive. Ohhh, but I have muh FREE healthcare! Except I don't, public healthcare fucking sucks, I always use the private sector.

Oh, and per capita healthcare spending for Americans is five times more than what it is for Canadians?? I am not a Canadian healthcare expert, but I have REALLY hard time believing that.
