Going out on a limb here but a part of the problem seems to be that the "funny movie review" in the style of Doge and the like has long run its course, just like Let's Play and other such fads.
Those few who amassed enough fans that keep watching them out of habit are the only ones that may still find it viable. Even they are more likely in decline though as I assume they'll lose more regular viewers now than they gain.
Meanwhile, those who didn't ever "make it", such as Lupus and Film Bald don't have a snowball's chance in Hell now.
If in fact they ever even had a shot at fame at all (debatable), it was squandered after #ChangeTheDiaper at the latest.

FilmBald is only spitballing a movie because literally every talentless IN crowdfunded a Movie Reviewer: The Movie but realistically even at his peak, what would he even do? His schtick is like every former CA nobody which was to summarize the movie but make snarky quips, the only distinction he had was having an annoying see-saw intonation at the end of every SEN-teennnnce. I don't remember him having "characters" except some annoying Dr. Insano knockoff which was him with a labcoat and a bad German accent. His "character" from the Doge movies was a needy fanboy to Doge which he can't do anymore because he jumped on the CTC sinking ship.

Beyond that, he lives somewhere in bumfuck, Bongland. Nobody of note is going to come out to larp around some English village pretending to save the world from bad After Effects student projects.
