Baldness does very obviously have something to do with age in men in the overwhelming amount of cases.
Even purely genetic early onset baldness has "early" in it's name.

But that's splitting hairs. Point is that everywhere throughout all ages of mankind people will find that you appear older if you lose your hair. Whining about it won't change that.
People assuming you are older with that extreme case of male pattern baldness aren't stupid. Experience has shaped their perception as most men tend to only get that bald well into their 40s or 50s.
