Why was senator Armstrong a villain again?

I’m honestly not sure, he made a lot of good points. That’s kind of a Metal Gear thing, the villains usually aren’t true 100% pure evil or even bad, they’re just opponents with different ideals. Revolver Ocelot wanted to free us from Patriot control, Big Boss wanted the same thing and with the added bonus of a home for soldiers who were discarded after no longer being useful, a very much real world problem. There are only a few who are just pure lunatics with no redeeming qualities.

The fact that Armstrong calls out politicians as pussies and says fuck it all makes him the ultimate chad politician that we’ll never have. He is what The Donald thinks their god cheeto is.

Ocelot idolized Big Boss and was fanatically devoted to his cause. His motivations were all Big Boss when you think about it.
