DHI Wellness Check Thread

Kek. Turns out I'm fine. I literally have inexplicable sharp pains right where my appendix is with no explainable reason! My actual appendix is apparently so small and completely not inflamed that it barely showed up on a CT scan. Everything from head to toes looks normal and healthy. Same results for the 5 blood tests and the piss test. Turns out I'm a Chad as far as health goes. They ruled out cancer, growths, kidney stones, blockages, aneurysms, etc.

No joke, my abdomen is painful in that spot still though. I haven't even done anything super labor intensive to get an injury either. I'm pissed that I have to pay my deductible for nothing but "piece of mind". I can't really complain about the burger system though in this case, I knew I should've toughed this one out, but I couldn't chance having my appendix explode on me...at least that's what I'm telling myself to soften the blow.

I looked it up because I've had side pain in the past as well, and apparently it can be caused by nothing more than gas. Or a chronic condishun such as IBS.

I'm betting it's stress related. Works been short staffed and the extra lockdowns where I am are taking their toll perhaps. Thinking about getting an escort one of these nights to take the edge off tbh. There's only so much working out, guitar, and video games I can handle before I need to do something else. Creature of habit but even I have my limits.
