There is no such thing as business partners with China. Or Spain. And very often not even within Germany. Always assume that you'll get fucked with but never do any kind of business with Spain or China.

My boss hat a few time the problem that copies of our product were made, but nobody found who did it. After some digging it came out that the factory supervisor produced monday to saturday our official stuff, but on sunday they used our machines to make the knock offs by changing a simple insert inside the mold. They swapped our logo with the knockoff brand and then sold them to some black market dealer.
Needless to say that this guy was never found again.....
