In that article I linked about her book on OneAngryGamer she says in it that people in the games industry slowly stopped talking to her. That's why she went into comics, her patreon was falling and while people in games knew they couldn't publicly shit on her they knew she was trouble. Since she killed Vertigo and realised the money in comics was shit and her patreon shekels have plummeted she wanted back in with video games. That's why she started this bullshit, the same reason Anita inserted herself into gamergate when it wasn't about her. She is aware drama bullshit is the only way to get money but she finally went too damn far, the games industry was already avoiding her but now she has no chance. Maybe small indie projects will get her on but that will kill the game with review bombings, and with her former Crash Override employees shitting on her for screwing them over I'm sure a lot of people in her clique fucking hate her already. Botching gaming's metoo will anger the true believers too.

I mean one of the reasons it’s taking longer than I expected too is that I kinda released a hugo nominated book and had a 4-month tour but sure, bots that scream at me daily, I’m just a lazy scammer.

In the last 5 months, more than 1 months worth of that time was spent doing consecutive all-nighters. One of those nights was my birthday.

I have personally dealt with assholes who claim they work a ton of hours when questioned on shit, they are always fucking lying. And even if it is true (which it isn't), why the fuck are you taking on so much work? Finish what you were fucking paid to do before you do 3 other projects.

The fact that some in her inner circle publicly snapped at her a few months back and people slowly distancing themselves from her proves to me she is fucked. Yeah and she apparently infringed upon another dude's property first(the supposed titular guy) before she could later "secure" him for the project that never happened. You're actually confusing cause and effect. MGTOW doesn't exist to prevent this from happening because no intellectual argument is strong enough to stop men from thirstfagging. MGTOW exists because of shit like this. It can't stop it, but the various men who have their lives ruined by their own personal Zoe Quinns end up creating MGTOW or MGTOW-like movements (some of which are scams and some of which are not) as a reaction to their experiences battling against lying women and a society of thirstfags. A LOT of the mgtow-manosphere types are divorced/recently single men who got absolutely fucked by their exes.

It's difficult to categorize the manosphere because it consists of many disparate groups and some of those are blatantly scammers like the Money Badgers, but the "customer base" of mgtow, if you will, tend to be a lot of guys who got fucked over by Chelsea Van Valkenberg types.
