We don't know if they knew when he was alive, according to Jackula people started finding out right after he died and the rumours were spreading. In DMs with Holly she looked nervous and stressed out as fuck that it was getting out at that time (because she was worried she'd get caught) so it is more likely people found out what he did right after he died.

The only people confirmed to know what he did when he was alive was the higher ups at CA, including Holly, The Walker Bros and Michaud, along with Mantis and Jewario obviously. I highly doubt she ever cared about Lordfat to begin with, but shared hatred is a great way to put aside personal differences and momentarily join even your enemy. And since Lordfat was shitting mad at Spoony (and at everyone to be honest, everybody betrayed him, I'm fed up with this wooorld, it's buuuulshiiit), who better should Granny choose to share her desperate hatred towards more succesful men?
