For America having so much systemic racism I sure haven't seen it in my nearly 30 years of life and I live in a place that's usually considered pretty racist.

Companies aren't racist. They're nothing. They go where money goes. You can't call that systemic in any way. Likewise, we just had a black president so saying there's some form of preferential treatment inherent in the system and Obama was just a fluke is hilariously stupid.

You can call corporations guilty of systemic racism. Because it's true, though really only in relatively small doses. It's In their hiring practices especially. Though part of that definitely boils down to hiring people that are actually qualified for the job as apposed refusing to hiring people for their gender or ethnicity, a fact that the left likes to completely ignore in favor of demanding that "everybody be represented." Which is of course bullshit. But the systemic racism is much more prevalent in politics, in law enforcement practices, etc. You see it in mandatory minimums, gerrymandering, educational financing (public schools primarily), "disparate impact" (as defined in 2015 by the 5-4 ruling in the supreme court), the list goes on. is it anywhere near the problem the media would love for you to believe? Not in the least. But it is there.

The same supreme court ruling in 2015 that I referenced earlier that defined "disparate impact" also found that corporations were guilty of unfair and discriminatory hiring practices on an institutional level. Though I believe there was a caveot of sorts regarding a lack of deliberate malice. I haven't read the full ruling or dissenting opinion on that case probably since 2015.
