No, you can't remove actions. It's a fucking log, that's the whole point of it. You also can't remove shit even as an admin.
Yes, pibbs deleted a lot of posts. All of them posts made by himself, which is something everyone can do, as you can see A12 and ASS doing as well.
pibbs has at no point since he's had mod powers used them for anything but deleting his own posts, which is something any user can do. He's entirely new to being a mod on a forum using phpBB and hasn't abused his powers in any way at all.

I have done well, well more with my priviledges and had admin experience in phpBB before. I've made the internal moderation forum entirely on my own. I've also modded Voice entirely on my own. Granted, there was a discussion about it before, it was considered and the response was positive, but no decision was made. I just made that decision on my own at some point.

Free speech is nice. Doesn't apply to a forum, though. A forum is a dictatorship and in this dictatorship Poonoo is the supreme leader. While tictac, RC and I have admin access, he's got founder/owner status. That's not just talking the domain side, which he owns exclusively, but also the status in the forum's software. So while an admin could do just about anything practically, Poonoo has the absolute power.
I value free speech very, very much. You guys know that. I've even defended ASS the most by far. Not because I particularly liked the guy but because I considered him to be an inevitable case you guys will just have to deal with - as a consequence of us not generally banning people. Because that's just the reality of it. You WILL have to deal with people you will greatly disagree with. Doesn't matter if they are sane people, like Pope Corky III, or insane, like ASS. Even if we did ban the shit out of people, we've got guestposting so ban evading is practically fairly easy.

Why all this shit? Because another thing besides free speech that I value is transparency. If you have any question about an admin's actions, about a moderator's actions, I'll happily provide them. I trust every single person that is a mod or admin as far as I'd trust a friend. That's not to say that we are friends but the trust is there.
I'm not flying about with an admin tag but with a Supreme Shitposter one. Because I am one. It's also a rank I made myself and decided the colour on. Yeah, sure, give me admin rights, I'll use them for something. You should expect that of me. But I won't violate the trust you've put into me. I'm not Dio.
Even ASS trusted me. Enough to write me PMs as a warning about moderators abusing their powers. I don't know if he just straight up lied to me or if he genuinely thought pibbs removed posts of him and tictac covered it up. As insane as I think he is, as much confrontations we had, genuine ones, there was a respect between us at least to some extend. I still have that for him.

That is not to say that I disagree with the ban entirely. I'd like to remind you guys that MOST of you active posters fucking begged me to ban him. Multiple times. Now what was what most said here? "Bans are gay". Didn't I tell you that you had to learn a lesson? We went from "Ban the guy!" to "Glad he's gone but bans are gay". I'd say the lesson was learned in those two or so years.
I'm appointed gardener, I'll cultivate you fuckers. If you don't like it, get the fuck out of my garden. But you coveted those juicy fruits and you learned that you could deal with the shit that fertilized the ground that made them that juicy. And now that the shit, that you've complained about so much, is gone, afraid of your fruits getting less juicy. You should be. That's what I want you to feel like.
The actual fertilizer is legit differing opinions. We still have them so our garden will be the greenest one with the juiciest fruits still. But you weathered the insecticide that's harmful to the environment long enough that you grew stronger than you had without it. We're full organic now but don't expect that to forever be the case.

If you're new or not, you'll eventually get what I'm talking about. Call it cheesy or dumb, it worked the last time, didn't it?

I'm so tempted to put a Hitler speech video but this whole post is so close to what our "brigade"'s Brigadier and the platoon's appointed Sergeant for the day told us when both had enough from everyone shitting the place up while the adults were away(literaly and figuratively). No questions, but one minor correction: regular users can only delete a post if it's still the most recent post in the thread.

I kinda get the "bans are gay" thing as a knee-jerk reaction, since being anti-purity-test is a pretty big part of DHI's mission statement (such as it is), and bans are one of the main methods by which all the circle jerks maintain their jerking circles. But he wasn't banned for the crazy shit he did in public view. Hell, I imagine that even just annoying the mod team in PMs wouldn't have done it. But this one-man gay ops shit, trying to sow distrust among them and tear it down from within or whatever? And doing so via easily-proven lies? Yeah, no. Shit don't fly. And the fact that it had to get to that point before the ban happened is, to me, proof that a slippery-slope argument doesn't really hold up in this case. The walls are canvas on which you can paint whatever, but keep your fucking hands off the foundation. But that's just the long-lurking newfag's perspective, so take it as you will.

To clarify: I wasn't online a lot during that whole week. I did post, but only in the forum I care most about, the Gayming forum. Just casually from a phone like a faggot. Felt bad.
So I read this on a Tuesday morning at work on my phone. Yes, his PMs were sending because I got it multiple times, the screenshot being one only I was recipient of, another with pretty much the same text to Poonoo and me.

Now, he was all "they will ban me" and, in fact, Poonoo did. Still something I don't agree with personally. I know why, I can't say I didn't want him gone*, but I still disagree because he left on his own anyway. I do have to concede that he deserves his ban, though.

No, he's not going to get put as Bitch Nigga. Not only do I not want that to be too much of a thing, and I'll fucking have a beer over it to explain why that's not a good thing and if necessary knife fight you over it if you're dense as a neutron star, but also because he just doesn't fulfil the criteria.
