It was one of the few English language TV shows available when I was in Japan, along with Little House on the Prairie, and Full House. I'd watch American TV sometimes to stay sane. I've never had a real desire to watch a scripted live action Japanese TV show but I've always kinda wanted to see the live action adaptation of Devil Summoner. I know it's out there but I've never found a good download of it.

Liar should've watched more Super Hero Time. And I can see Sabrina and Little House airing there. They've made a number of animu (adaptations) with about the same basic premise.
