So I saw a clip of the Genna stream (the episode right after TB passed) and I was under the impression that he went down while reviewing Fortnite, or something, based on DHI comments.

I wasn't aware that the dude was having microdreams and was reviewing those. She said he was literally complaining about the framerate of his dreams. That makes it sound so much worse.
