His doctor was probably trying to get him to accept his own death with some dignity. Make some arrangements, stop spending so much (for the sake of your family, assuming you are paying out for medical billz) and make peace with it.

The doc is probably someone who treats a lot of cancer patients. If they're telling him to consider stopping treatment, they've probably seen this before and have a pretty good guess as to what will happen.

TB should just be thankful that someone as cancerous as himself has been able to live such a good life for so long. And I'm not talking about his illness. WTF source? If true I'll feel no sympathy at all for him (and I already have very little since he has continued to be an asshole for years). When I wiped my ass once and saw blood I went to the doctor the very next day (it was a mild hemorrhoid from trying to shit too hard while constipated ), no way would I have just let that go on for a fucking year, shit + blood is not a good combination.

Who the fuck was going to know? Like the doctor gives a fuck, maybe if he didn't tweet his whole life he wouldn't have to worry about others judging him. That is such a dumb reason to not get a check up. "The doctor might laugh at me" if the doctor actually did that to people they would go out of business because no one would go there.

This isn't like he had a lump or brief periods of constipation that he brushed off, he was bleeding when he took a shit and has bowel issues for over a year.
