After doing some research, it seems they've initially set the bar a bit too low and attracted a bunch of baka gaijin grifters and undesirables.
Not that they would ever let her in with the way she constantly calls them racist every time she brings up their country.

I'm not totally opposed to moving to Canada, but I would need to be convinced that I would not catch pneumonia every winter, because even in southern California I get deathly ill for two to three months at a time during the cold and the rain. Help me solve that, and you might have a deal.

I'd have just about jumped right on Canada's self employment visa, but apparently it's been so damn popular that it's closed until January 2027. Past that, I honestly don't know what I'd do. Can't stay without a job.

As far as climate is concerned, New Zealand would be the winner for me. As far as where I know the most people already, that'd be Canada. I only know maybe one to two people in each of the other largely English-speaking countries.
