At least for his AVGN persona he's mostly a platformers guy, or if you count Action-Adventure into the RPG spectrum then I guess there's Hydlide, Zelda and Castlevania.

The only notable exception was FF6 last year, where it was clear he didn't play himself and he made up some story about dropping it because his save file got corrupted in his childhood.
