I don't know if clones count as transhumanism.

That Goblin score for Phenomena! Magnifico!
And a dash of Iron Maiden.

Becoming effectively immortal due to the separation of your conciousness and body is part of the transhumanism spectrum.
That doesn't seem to be the case here. Clearly both of them are conscious. The clones just retain the prior's memory. It's the typical teleportation problem.

It's just a risk fo the "Just wake up in a new body" trick. There's usually a law or two about how much this old version of yourself counts as its own person.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

No pal, you are that "old version". We're not talking GotS stuff here. It's literally "a clone of yours shows up, claims to remember all you remember and fucking kills you".
That's not anywhere near transhumanism! You don't overcome shit. You're just some regular fleshbag dude and then there's another one of you that you have no connection to.

Putting your brain in a super robot and living forever sounds fun and all... but...
Just look at Joe Biden. The brain will still age and go senile. MovieBob's fantasy is impossible.

If a human was able to live forever, he would inevitably end up like Willem Dafoe in the Nosferatu movie - not the last one, this one:

Isn't that the premise behind Zardoz (as reviewed by Knights of the Kitchen Table's most liked reviewer Noah "TheSpoonyOne" Antwiller)? Immortality was inflicted as a punishment, because the immortals would eventually brain rot into complete apathy.
