Watching the Wizard Movies again because they've hit Netflix, I've just realized I've never watched them with the original audio, and every hour I watch lets Joanne earn another bullet for her Total Trans Death Squad.
Everyone actually sounds fairly close to the German dub (though still superior because they actually make use of dialects). I can also really see why they had to replace Dumblydore's actor after the first two movies. Dude already spoke like he wouldn't make it through his scenes.

Getting shut out of Oscar conversations, I noticed. Arthouse fuckers all like Eggers, and its a hit so far; movie's sophisticated enough to overcome the 'no horror movies' barrier. You'd think it would fit in nicely.

I wonder how much of that could be attributed to retribution against Lily Rose-Depp over her dad (even though she hasn't and never has spoken up about his woes).

They’ve been in other movies but these has these amazingly huge thumbstick nipples. Not sure if her brief flash of bush was homegrown or not.

I’ve been musing over it, but maybe an 8. Been talking with a friend about it and it’s a gorgeous film and has great acting, just has that one note tone Eggers does. I probably like the 1979 version more, but it’s one I’ve always been fond of.

Saw Juror #2, Clint Eastwoods best movie in 15 years. There’s a lot to say about it and everything about it that was fucking great, but fucking Warners just dumped it on HBO Max without much time in theaters at all, despite the cast and despite the overall quality of the movie.

Well deserved too! Even I expected them to make it shit because they are assblasted over joker.gif and I hardly pay attention to movies at all.
How can someone having to pay the bill not notice the very outspoken resentment of the director and writers over the first film's success because they thought it was liked by the wrong people?

A sentiment I still find very questionable. Joker was simping for an imaginary negroid. No true blackpiller or fascist thought that movie was even remotely based.

That's the best part: they got assblasted by a "problematic" fandom that didn't exist in the first place. Notmalfags liked the movie because it portrayed the main character as a flawed but somewhat relatable individual. Imagine if Joel Schumacher got so pissed about people making memes about D-FENS and saying the Nazi weapons draler what right, that he took hundreds of millions of dollars and made Falling Down 2: The Nazi Dude Was a Loser.

WB got what they fucking deserved. And that's pottery.
